It's finally arrived! That big/huge/mammoth moving day that we've been dreading/looking forward to/preparing for. My three sons/boys/little fellas are all running around/frantically packing/helping like crazy/wild animals/energized puppies. I just hope they remember/pack/bring everything important. My back/shoulders/bones are already aching/screaming/killing, just from lifting/carrying/hauling all the boxes/furniture/belongings. This whole process/situation/adventure is definitely a test/challenge/ordeal. I'm trying/hoping/praying for a smooth transition/move/day.

Here's what we're doing/facing/getting through:

  • Sorting the boxes
  • Getting everything in the car
  • Saying goodbye to old friends

Let's just hope/pray/wish for the best and maybe a pizza delivery/a stiff drink/some quiet time at the end of this long day.

My schedule is looking pretty hectic. First, we need to gather all the belongings. Then, there's the whole process of sorting everything. And let's not forget about managing the inevitable fits.

Hopefully we make it out in one piece.
